Squirrel and Trees!

I just made this little squirrel for my friend's birthday!  Maple is seriously my favorite wood right now.  I just love how he turned out!!

Now I want to make other wooden animals to go with my fox and horses!!

  1. Very cute!! My kids liked playing with wooden animals and trees. They used them along with their wooden train set...But now, alas, they are all Big Kids :)

    1. Thanks! I just recently found the little wooden animal set with trees that my sister and I used to play with!! I think they are part of the reason I like making these so much!

    2. have had a good weekend a bit of gardening with my neighbour,and crocheting and just started knitting a dog jumper for a friends dog and will post to them to see if that size fits then make a couple more for the winter.look forward to hearing from you soon on your blog and in the post, :)
